• Acted for a policy bank in a cross-border USD loan granted to a JV contributed by a central enterprise in support of the construction of power plants in Bangladesh;
• Acted for Chinese syndicate lenders in a development loan in relation to a residential development project in Beijing;
• Acted for a Chinese bank for the financing of an IDC project in Beijing;
• Acted as perennial legal counsel for a famous foreign bank;
• Acted as perennial legal counsel for a big-four international trading house for its onshore / offshore structured trade finance business.
